For the second year in a row the Melbourne Sports Photography team were part of the Rialto Run Up event.

If you are not familiar with Rialto Run Up - it's a stair climb event where participants make their way up the internal stairway of Rialto Tower on Collins Street, Melbourne. You might be wondering how many floors that might be? Well, it is 54 floors! That's quite an ascent!

Also consider that there are two categories of entry - single climbers and multi climbers. Yes, you guessed it, multi climbers do the ascent multiple times with some doing it 12 times! 12 x 54 equals 648 floors of stairs they climbed in a 3 hour period. Incredible!

Melbourne Sports Photography's Craig and Phil enjoyed being part of the day and watching some amazing endurance athletes in action.

Congratulations to the organisers and participants who together raised more than $150,000 for "Giant Steps" - an organisation that provides support for people with autism.
