The Melbourne Sports Photography team again photographed the Victorian Figure Skating Championships in 2024. Craig and Phil spent 2 days at O'Brien Icehouse along with the best skaters in Victoria and a good number of competitors from interstate. After the event, Zoe and Kia did the bulk of the work selecting and editing key images. Those images are now live on the Melbourne Sports Photography website. (They are in a password protected gallery. The link and password have been sent to competitors by Ice Skating Victoria.)

The standard of competition was high, making it a great event to watch and to photograph.

MelbourneSportsPhotography-8214 If you are interested in figure skating, the Victorian State Champs are held in October each year, leading up to the national champs at the end of November and the beginning to December.

In 2024 the national champs are in Melbourne at O'Brien Icehouse from 30 November to 6 December. The Melbourne Sports Photography team will be there to photograph the event. If you are going to be there, please come and say hi!
